Baby knitting/Tricoter pour bébé

I don't know what's happened but lately, all my friends are having babies! YAY!If you know me, you well know I couldn't pass the opportunity to knit something for those lovelies. I found 2 great patterns on Ravelry and knit them out of Woll Butt Cannstatt bought from Buttinette (60% wool, 25 % viscose, 15 % nylon). The good thing about this yarn is that you can put it in the washing machine, which is a plus when you knit for babies. It is meant to be a sock yarn so it is fairly resistant. Liam's Hyphen cardigan/Gilet Hyphen pour Liam

Here is a little something I've knitted for my baby boy. First, a little background story… I have this huge stash of acrylic blend yarn that I've bought along the years to knit stuff for my kids. Now that I've discovered the pure joy of wearing merinos wool, I don't want to use acrylic for my garments, but it's quite handy for the kids: you can wash it in the washing machine and it will last long in spite of the ill treatment.I have finally decided it is high time to use my stash, partly because it takes a lot of room, partly because...
