Knitting stuffies/Tricoter des peluches

I've always loved stuffed animals. When I was a little girl, I had lots of them. At one point, I must have been 7, my Mom bet me I had more than 100. I said 'no way' but she was right! Santa was kind enough to push me in that direction, so much so that I even had 2 giant bears and a giant elephant! My daughter is just the same. She even sleeps with my good old elephant (she has a big bed) which is one of her favourites ever since she was born.To sum up, it was only natural that I tried to knit some stuffies for my children… and my... Annabelle's foldover clutch / Le sac d'Annabelle

A couple of weeks ago, I flew to England to visit a very good friend of mine from Uni (from looong ago!). I know she loves bags and everything shiny, so I tried to incorporate both in a handmade present.I used a free tutorial by Frénésie et moi, a bird quilting fabric and a shiny golden faux-leather.I'm glad because I'm getting better at bag-making, and also, my friend liked it, which is all that matters!
